It is finally sunny for the second day in a row! Weather here has been much colder than normal with many overcast days and days of rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Today and we have a clear view of the mountains. These are the Three Sisters of the Cascade Mountain Range. The jagged peak to the left is appropriately named Broken Top the smaller white bump to the left of that is Diamond Peak further to the west. Out of the picture to the left is Mount Bachelor which is the biggest ski area in Oregon. Skiers are thrilled with the extra snow this year and will have skiing well into May. The slopes usually shut down right after spring break.
I have been working with Reba through all of this weather and have 7.5 hours of training time in with her the past 9 days. She is coming along nicely and even loaded into the trailer several times with only minimal prompting. I go to the trainers for our first session together tomorrow.

You are going to have so much fun this summer, working with Reba.
ReplyDeleteSharon this is a beautiful picture. I know you are glad to see the sunshine - maybe it will stay.
